Boyd’s Speedway Ultimate Super Late Model Event Falls to Heavy Rains


After 2 heavy rain storms fell between in the late afternoon officials of the Boyd’s Speedway and ULTIMATE Super Late Model Series have been forced to postpone the event scheduled for tonight. “The racetrack was just too wet. We were going to have to let it just sit for 2 or 3 hours before we could even get on it to try to run it in and it looks like there is another big band of rain expected between 7 and 9. It’s just too much. I really hate it because we were going to have a great field of cars. This is our 4th week in a row of rainouts. We will get with Kelley and work on a good reschedule date and try to do it all again.” said Boyd’s Speedway promoter Gar Dickson.
